ICT Project Manager

Dein Verantwortungs
- und Gestaltungsbereich
- Du leitest und verantwortest anspruchsvolle Projekte mit Geschick und Leidenschaft, so dass wir dir gerne die Verantwortung über einige unserer strategisch wichtigen Projekte übergeben
- Du verstehst es, all deine Projektkomponenten wie Lieferobjekte, Termine, Kosten, Ressourcen und Risiken zu planen und zu steuern
- Zudem schaffst du die optimalen Rahmenbedingungen, damit die unterschiedlichsten Mitarbeitenden sowie externe Partner und Lieferanten optimal zusammenarbeiten und mit Freude Bestleistungen erzielen
- Projektmanagementtools setzt du gekonnt und erfahren ein
- Dank deinem professionellen Monitoring hast du den Status deiner Projekte stets im Blick. Dabei identifizierst du fortlaufend Risiken und Chancen und leitest allfällige Massnahmen ein

Was du mitbringen solltest
- Eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement
- Moderne Projektmanagementmethoden sowie agile Arbeitsweisen sind für dich kein Neuland
- Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Businessverständnis mit und weisst, wovon deine technisch versierten Kolleginnen und Kollegen sprechen
- Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und verstehst es, andere zu begeistern und motivieren
- Eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise und eine positive Denkweise zeichnen dich aus
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
