To strengthen our development team, we are looking to recruit a:
**Project manager 80-100 %**:
**Your activity**:
You will be responsible for:

- Defining the scope, objectives and outcomes of projects
- Developing project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies
- Providing support in the analysis of technical achievements
- Building and leading project teams : assigning tasks, setting deadlines and managing team members to ensure effective progress
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies : monitoring and managing risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolving any problems or obstacles that arise during projects : adapting plans and strategies as necessary to keep projects on track
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, schedules and other relevant documents
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Carrying out post-project evaluations to assess successes, failures and areas for improvement. Closing the project and ensuring a smooth handover or transition

**Your profile**:

- Engineering or technical training with additional training in business management, a valuable asset
- At least 5 years' proven experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills and effective team management in a matrix organization
- Adept at identifying and solving problems, adapting plans where necessary and finding innovative solutions to keep projects on track
- Skilled at identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruption
