The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) operations & transformation Manager is in charge of ICT Operations, Projects, Security and Service Management on a global Division level.

You also ensures efficient and cost conscious use of ICT Assets.

You act as a technical referent for the business and coordinate all the technical aspects within the departement, liaising with Group Central IT team and outsouces services.

You lead and participate in projects aiming at the standardization, renewal and evolution of the shared R&D and Technical Unit IT infrastructure.

You support the Division in the evolution towards Industry 4.0 and facilitate ICT innovation as well as the transition to Microsoft Azure cloud hosting & operations.

You manage internal and outsourced ICT services; act as a main contact of the providers, handle escalations and coordinate new requirements.

Experience : 5+ years in IT Service Management (and in outsourced ICT environment) plus experience in implementing IT security guidelines and in project management within a multinational company.

Expertise in Business continuity management.

In-depth and hands on expertise on Hypervisor, Server and communications technologies.
