Enterprise & Public Account Manager for Print

**Responsibilities**
- Establishes strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executives, to become a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Proactively builds and manages deal funnel, including early engagement with potential new customers
- Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans for key clients, aligning their business goals with the organization's offerings.
- Leads cross-functional teams for RFI/RFP responses, proposal writing and offering presentations.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to drive integrated planning and execution to ensure aligned client engagement and service.
- Engages with partners to improve win rates and delivery; meets and/or exceeds revenue and margin quotas.
- Leads contract renewal negotiations, manages pricing discussions and secures contract extensions while ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, assisting in their development and growth within the organization.
**Education & Experience Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, and account management for Managed Services, or a related field.
