About the role To accelerate our growth, we are further expanding our digital touchpoints for patients/consumers.
As an eHealth eco-system provider, Zur Rose is building a platform with forward-looking e-commerce, omni-channel solutions, and services (RX, OTC, as well as BPC), focused on pharmacy and e-Health. Digital medication services play a central role in this and aim to ensure optimal medication supply, increased adherence, and compliance.
For the development of the entire B2C products in the digital context, you will play a key role in the further development of the product vision and its implementation.
Co-development of the overall Zur Rose product vision for the B2C area in close collaboration with the BO Consumer and Tech lead.
Development of a roadmap incl. prioritization based on the product vision and KPIs.
Development of the UX, expansion of the Zur Rose digital touchpoints, personalization, as well as further development of the product and service concepts and associated user and activation concepts, SEA/SEO concepts and MarTech
Technical leadership of a product owner team (in Switzerland and Spain)
Targeted integration of our digital services into an omni-channel strategy with the goal of providing the best service to chronically ill people
Identification and validation of the customer need in coordination with the business owner/stakeholders
Identification of best-in-class solutions and benchmarks which are shared with the team
Development and conceptualization to increase conversion of our customers with a focus on CLV
Further development of the PO role, as well as customer-centric way of working
Lead/organize/manage internal and external delivery teams and ensure agile way of working and implement best in class internal and external communication on roadmap, priorities, goals, and sprints.
Prioritization of the backlog
Participate in Scrum meetings such as planning, refinement, review, and retrospective.
Definition of sprint goals with the team
Working closely with the agile team to achieve sprint goals
Recognition and consideration of dependencies to other areas (e.g., other agile teams)
**Qualifications**:
Experience in building and leading PO and delivery teams.
Experience with B2C and e-commerce is a must with a true passion for eHealth
**"Head in the cloud and feet on the ground"**: You are visionary and able to get things on the road quickly and agilely with your team.
University or college degree, preferably in technology, natural sciences, or business administration
At least four years of practical experience with agile approaches and methods (facilitation, Scrum, Kanban)
Fluent English and conversational German language skills
