**What you'll do**

As a working student in the Office of the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at SAP Switzerland, you will support various internal transformation projects. You'll be involved in several key areas: For our Go-to-Market Transformation, you'll assist with internal communications, help develop enablement assets and training programs, and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery. In addition, you will support our Customer Loyalty survey by analyzing results to provide insights and recommendation and prepare survey-related communications for the teams. You'll also contribute to various enablement initiatives and assist with Enablement for Customer Success roles. Furthermore, you'll play a role in planning and executing Learning Weeks, helping to organize sessions that foster continuous learning and development. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to meaningful projects that drive transformation at SAP Switzerland.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise in internal communications
- Project Coordination: Experience in managing workstreams and meeting deadlines
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

- Proficient with tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software as needed

**Meet your team**

As a working student, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly for the Chief Business Officer (CBO), member of the Management Board at SAP Switzerland. Reporting to the CBO, you'll collaborate closely with the Transformation Business Officer, who drives critical initiatives across the organization, and with the Customer Advisory Teams, who are at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy. Your role will also provide you with touchpoints across all major departments at SAP Switzerland, offering you a comprehensive view of our business operations. Moreover, you'll interact regularly with other management offices, gaining valuable insights into the strategic decisions that shape our company.
