Legal Expertise for Decathlon


At Decathlon, we're seeking a highly motivated Working Student in Legal Affairs to support our legal team. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the success of our Swiss operations by providing expertise in civil law, rental law, purchasing law, intellectual property law, and corporate law.


Your Responsibilities



  • Finalize legal documents such as sponsoring contracts, proxies, NDAs, and other agreements.
  • Conduct small legal researches to support our team's decision-making process.
  • Provide answers to teammates from other departments regarding questions about legal matters.
  • Handle issues related to corporate law, including applications to the commercial register.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as handling digital signatures, filing contracts, and coordinating with external lawyers and authorities.
  • Support in other legal matters as needed.

Your Profile



  • Hold a Master of Law degree from a Swiss university.
  • Have profound knowledge of civil law.
  • Be fluent in English and native in either German or French.
  • Display strong organizational skills and efficiency in task management.
  • Be resilient, flexible, and adaptable to shifting tasks and priorities.
  • Have a passion for fieldwork and applying legal theory in practical settings.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Be located in the region of Lausanne, Bern, or Zurich.
