We’re looking for an UHNW Client Account Manager to:
- support a team of Investment Advisors and a Relationship Manager in delivering an exceptional client service and experience providing administrative and organizational support in all client related processes
- Be a point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and their trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, loans and deposits etc.
- assist with and co-ordinate account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring of client activities
- support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, etc.
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
**Your team**
You’ll be working in the UK International UHNW team in Zurich. We are a diverse team of senior investment professionals delivering an excellent client experience showing the best of UBS to our UHNW clients. As client account manager you'll play an important role in positioning the team as the partner of choice delivering high-quality solutions and services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve, and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
We offer comprehensive and highly personalized financial services for individuals, families and family offices, satisfying their sophisticated needs. We work closely with our dedicated internal partners within Global Wealth Management and occasionally the investment bank and asset management to ensure the best service for our clients

**Your expertise**
- financial services experience, ideally within a wealth management / private banking client facing team
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- comfort working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a dynamic team
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, and adaptability to changing demands
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
