Client Account Manager

Your opportunity
In your role as Client Account Manager, you will support the Senior Relationship Managers in their acquisition activities of new private clients in the Nordics market area as well as in all aspects of wealth management and investment advice.
Work closely with our in-house asset management and investment specialists to ensure a consistent service for our clients
Independently handle client administration in the area of account openings, account transfers and account balances
Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings of the Senior Relationship Managers
Execution and monitoring of client orders
Independently managing clients in the absence of the Senior Relationship Managers (i.e. handling day-to-day business as well as processing stock exchange orders, time deposits, products, clarifications, CRM maintenance, etc.)
Pre
- and post-processing of business trips and client visits
Telephone and personal client contact
Preparing investment and reallocation proposals, conducting portfolio analyses and preparing presentations for client meetings
Active selling of products and services adapted to the respective client's needs
Keeping client journals and permanent client data maintenance (KYC)
Ensuring internal guidelines (compliance, ICS, transaction clarifications)
You bring
University degree or banking apprenticeship with several years of experience as a client account manager.
In-depth knowledge of the core processes of a bank as well as solid knowledge of regulatory topics within wealth management, such as CDB, AMLA, AML, cross-border and enhanced due diligence
**Excellent PC user skills (MS Office**: Word, Power Point and especially Excel)
Excellent German and English skills
a Scandinavian language or cultural experience in the Nordic region is a great advantage You are
Reliable, resilient, team player, highly motivated with a loyal personality and a confident demeanor
High degree of client and service orientation
Great willingness to learn, very good organizational skills, independent and precise way of working
