ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer Vaccines aspires to fundamentally transform infectious disease prevention by driving the paradigm shift for vaccination across stakeholders so people of all ages can live longer and healthier lives.

The Senior Manager Global Marketing In-Line Meningococcal Vaccines will join the global commercial team, responsible for the in-line meningococcal vaccines, at an exciting time. We are expanding Pfizer’s current meningococcal business to help protecting millions of lives against a devastating disease, contend with emerging competition across the globe and help to prepare markets for the future launch of the next generation of meningococcal vaccines. The Global Meningococcal Franchise In-line team is part of the US & Global Meningococcal, FSME & Lyme organization.

Reporting into the Director Global Marketing Meningococcal Franchise (In-line), this individual will play a critical role for the success of the franchise by leading the development and execution of global promotional and customer engagement strategies for Nimenrix, Trumenba and NeisVac-C. The Senior Manager will be responsible for elaborating and executing global marketing strategies and tactics in partnership with other functions, regional teams, and major markets. Especially the collaboration to co-create with local marketeers dedicated go-to-market strategies and customer facing tactics will be a critical aspect of the job. This role is a great opportunity for a strong marketer to drive the success of our meningococcal vaccines franchise globally.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the point of contact of markets and regions to drive performance and collaboration within Pfizer’s global/local partnership model to unlock growth opportunities for the meningococcal franchise.
- Drive consistent implementation of the franchise’s strategy and realize global efficiencies through strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop insights, co-create, and execute timely strategic plans to ensure growth of the meningococcal business as market conditions evolve.
- Refine franchise marketing strategy and co-develop with lead markets branded and unbranded promotional content targeting the various customer groups.
- Adopt marketing tools necessary for Pfizer’s ongoing digital transformation including omnichannel strategies, data-driven decision making, agile methodologies and experimentation.
- Develop and execute robust KOL and medical education strategies in collaboration with medical colleagues and co-lead the global congress presence.
- Partner with global and local market access teams to inform expansion of meningococcal vaccination recommendations to support appropriate protection of at-risk populations globally.
- Support the annual financial planning process and manage the in-line portfolio’s marketing budget.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 5+ years of healthcare industry experience including pharmaceutical marketing; vaccines experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee, and guide the work of colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Experience in working with different cultures and businesses.
- Business acumen and organizational competence with excellent interpersonal communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
- Flexible team player with solution and action-oriented mindset; open to creative approaches; with strong strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring complex marketing programs that drove brand performance. Local in-market experience is an advantage.
- Experience in working successfully in a highly competitive environment.
- Omnichannel and digital marketing experience preferred.
- An absolute commitment to all applicable compliance rules and regulations.
