**Project Manager - Cloud Migration in Contact Centre**:
We are looking for a Project Manager with Cloud Migration experience to over see the creation of a Next Genereation Contact Center.
**Duties**:
- Demonstrated experience in project management disciplines and standardized process and procedures
- Experience in delivery of Contact Center Technologies.
- Proven ability to assess technical project specifications, understand and explain technical requirements, make resource recommendations, engage in technical discussions regarding requirements and features
- Ability to break down complex situations/projects into pieces for project planning
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of project management work, with experience in: estimating, staffing, managing, controlling, administering, budgeting and executing technical project efforts for the full lifecycle
- Working effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment required
- Experience with Cloud migration projects
- Proficeint in German as well as in English.
