**So bringst du KPMG weiter****:

- Unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung von kreativen und kollaborativen Workshops und Erlebnissen, die in unserem Insights Center & Innovation Lab durchgeführt werden
- Durchführen und leiten von qualitativ hochwertigen Geschäftsentwicklungssitzungen für unsere Kundschaft
- Nutze die vielfältigen, für das Insights Center spezifischen Technologie-Tools, um wirkungsvolle und positive Gespräche und Erlebnisse zu ermöglichen (in physischer, hybrider und virtueller Umgebung)
- Internes Stakeholder-Management und Projektmanagement für Sitzungen (mit direkter Verantwortung für operative Aktivitäten)
- Erlerne neue Moderationstechniken, um Kunden zu inspirieren und zu motivieren, damit sie verstehen, wie Daten und Analysen zu wichtigen Geschäftsfaktoren werden können
- Erarbeite visuelle Erlebnisse unter Verwendung von Metaphern und Erzähltechniken, welche unsere Kundschaft begeistern sollen
- Verwalte unseren Innovationsprozess und unterstütze bei der Pflege der damit verbundenen Instrumente

**Deshalb bist du erfolgreich****:

- Bachelor
- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder Marketing (oder vergleichbar)
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Frühere Berufserfahrungen in den Bereichen Eventmanagement, Projektmanagement, Innovationsmanagement, Workshop-Moderation und/oder Beratung sind von Vorteil. Erfahrungen im Marketing und/oder in einer Kreativagentur sind ebenfalls ein wertvolles Plus
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Interesse an Design Thinking, Innovationsmanagement, Dienstleistungsdesign und Moderation
- Neugierige und kreative Persönlichkeit, welche sich in einem hochtechnologischen Umfeld wohlfühlt
- Detailorientierung, Freude an der Lösung komplexer Probleme und schnelle Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem sich verändernden Umfeld
- Fähigkeit zur Verwendung von Grafikdesign
- und/oder Videoproduktionssoftware
