To strengthen our Life Sciences team, we are looking for a **Consultant - Data Strategy and Data Science - Lab Instruments (M/F/d) **with a start date in September 2023 or later:

**Bring to life what's next**:
- Work with our lab teams to identify key data sources and develop a data strategy for leveraging that data to support our business objectives.
- Use data science techniques to analyze large data sets from our lab instruments, and identify patterns and insights that can inform decision-making.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to help us optimize our lab processes and improve our product quality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, and make recommendations on how we can incorporate them into our data strategy.
**Your qualifications**:
- **
Academic excellence**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or engineering.
- ** Industry knowledge**: 5+ years of experience in data strategy and data science, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and lab instruments. Familiarity with common data science tools and platforms, such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau, cloud( Azure, google, Amazon ) Knowledge of data standards commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry for lab data, such as ASTM E1381-95, ASTM E1941-98, and ASTM E2373-05. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for data management and reporting, such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
- ** Consulting experience**: Several years of experience in consulting.
- ** Conceptual talent**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using statistical modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- ** Communication and presentation skills**: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ** Digital affinity**: Very good MS Office skills.
- ** Cultural fit**: High reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
