For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Strategy and Management Consulting Intern in our Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich office

**Bring to life what's next**:

- Project support at the customer's site in one of our consulting teams
- Taking on small, independent (parts of) projects
- Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering
- Preparation and execution of client workshops
- Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies
- Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy and IT

**Your qualifications**:

- ** Academic excellence**: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, (Information) Technology, or Psychology.
- ** Industry knowledge**: initial practical project experience related to digital transformation in the context of internships, a student trainee position, or in a commercial/technical apprenticeship in one of our focus industries (financial services, consumer products and manufacturing or life sciences).
- ** Consulting experience**: initial expertise in consulting and project management.
- ** Conceptual talent**: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- ** Digital affinity**: very good MS Office skills.
- ** Cultural fit**: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
