**Deine Verantwortung**
- Führung des Hypotheken Management Teams und Weiterentwicklung der Value Proposition, Strukturen und Prozesse
- Innovative Weiterentwicklung des Hypotheken-Geschäftsmodells, Management bestehender und Einführung neuer Produkte sowie Ausbau und Betreuung der Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zielgerichteten Anlagestrategie und -politik sowie die fortlaufende Optimierung des Portfolio-Managements
- Zielerreichung hinsichtlich finanzieller und qualitativer KPIs für die Abteilung sowie für diverse Hypotheken-Portfolios und Mandate
- Intensive Kooperation mit einer Vielzahl interner und externer Mandanten, Dienstleister und Partner (z.B. MoneyPark, Finovo)
- Gewährleistung des Risiko-Managements und der Compliance mit vielfältigen Anforderungen, Umsetzung von Reglementen und Richtlinien sowie Verantwortung für finanzielle und kundenorientierte Reportings

**Deine Qualifikation**
- Abschluss Uni oder FH in BWL, Finanzen oder ähnlichem Fachgebiet
- Unternehmerische Denk
- und Handlungsweise mit Erfahrung in der Business Modell-Entwicklung sowie Transformations
- und Projekt-Management
- Erfahrung im Hypothekar-, Finanzierungs
- und Kreditgeschäft, vorzugsweise auch im Portfoliomanagement
- Engagierte Führungskraft mit einem inklusiven Ansatz, ausgezeichneter Problemlösungskompetenz und hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Stark ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholder, einschliesslich interner und externer Dienstleister
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
