contactify is a B2B SaaS startup from Switzerland, striving to become the
number one partner for integrated and automated contact management across
all touchpoints of the customer journey. To further support our product development according to market needs, we are looking for a product owner.

Tasks
- Ownership of implementation projects for medium-sized and large customers - from kick-off to go-live
- Coordination of all project phases, from requirements gathering to the test phase
- Further development of our implementation blueprint with large accounts for our successful scaling
- Leverage customer insights during implementation to shape the product roadmap

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of relevant experience in the area of project management or software implementation
- Ideally experience in agile working methods
- Pragmatic approach with hands-on mentality
- Practical experience in customer-oriented communication
- Structured and detailed approach to work
- Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
