Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our global projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, handling, and implementing strategies, processes, and tools in accordance with group and divisional strategies.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Functional (Matrix) and personnel leadership and close collaboration with the Teams Leaders of EI&C / Heads of Contracting in the BCx & the GSC (6 direct reports, overall approx. 50 employees)
- Develops and enhances the worldwide collaboration with the Global Support Center in India
- Handles the global competence / knowledge / capacity management within the EI&C discipline, supported by the regional teams and other Global CO functions
- Responsible for the on-time delivery and quality of deliverables for special projects
- Cost management and compliance to allocated budgets (cost account / special projects)
- Continuously monitor and optimize engineering KPIs in close collaboration with global function PMO
- Supports Sales and Application Engineering during the offer phase for EI&C related topics
- Assistance in evaluation of potential new suppliers together with Supply Chain Management and quality department
- Conducting regular EI&C events
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Master or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or similar education
- At least 10 years international experience in similar business (goods with capital investment)
- Proven record of managing international engineering teams
- Leadership experience in Matrix-Functions
- Fluency in English and German

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
