**Your role**
- Do you want to play a key role in the drive to operational excellence? Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you know how to juggle multiple projects effectively?
- We're looking for the Core Processes Lead to:
- own the overall smooth running of all Talent, Performance and Employee Experience activities across GWM and region Americas, as well as local delivery in coordination with our HR Business Partners
- represent our team in central working groups focusing on the delivery of all Talent, Performance and Employee Experience initiatives
- manage a portfolio of projects ranging from quick tasks such as pulling a headcount report to longer term strategic initiatives over several months
- work with a variety of stakeholders within Human Resources, e.g., Talent, Reward, Employee Experience, etc.
- manage and communicate the forward looking calendar and deliverables of the GWM HR and Americas HR Team

**Your team**
- You’ll be the responsible business manager for the HR core processes for Global Wealth Management, Region Americas and Region EMEA, and join a team of HR business managers and HR business partners collaborating together and with other experts in HR. We're problem solvers for the business, supporting and challenging each other to reach the right outcome. You’ll play an important role in the delivery of HR to the business. This role will allow you to build networks across a diverse organization and get involved in a broad array of topics and projects.

**Your expertise**
- 5+ years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise
- very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- proactive, flexible and adaptable approach, focused on finding a solution to every problem
