We are an engaged and dynamic team responsible for a wide portfolio of projects. You will lead a team with about 25 internal employees based in Switzerland, Spain and Poland. As People Head of Projects & Costs you will be responsible for recruitment, development, performance, motivation and retention of the team. You will act as a champion for the company culture and will support our employees in their success.

**What You Will Do**:

- develop your team in cooperation with our management team. Align the product teams with the department’s vision and goals. Ensure cross collaboration where reasonable
- lead talent management and be responsible for the recruitment of the product team members (internal & external employees)
- take care of all Human Resource related aspects of the team and foster our company’s culture
- be responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the team and the prioritization of work
- lead delivery of budgeting, forecasting and controlling input for projects and costs at area level
- take care of country specific Legal and Compliance topics (Switzerland, Spain, Poland)

**What You Bring**:

- team player with senior leadership, coaching and excellent communication skills, open to travel
- IT Management skills in area of Project Management and Project Portfolio
- understanding of financial matters with regards to budgeting, forecasting and controlling
- motivating personality with good organizational skills, experience with change management initiatives in international teams
- good advanced cultural understanding & experienced with change management initiatives in international teams
- very good written and spoken English skills. German and/or Spanish skills are a big plus
