Wir unterstützen das Wachstum und den Erfolg der vielseitigen Business Unit Banking Services durch Strategiearbeit, Projektmanagement und Zusammenarbeit (Analyse, Projektmanagement, Kommunikation). Wir haben mehrere Teams von motivierten Projektleitern und Mitarbeitern, und für eines dieser Teams suchen wir eine neue Führungskraft.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Nutze deine analytischen, kommunikativen, präsentativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten, um das Wachstum und den Erfolg der Business Unit Banking Services zu unterstützen
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Projektleitern und Mitarbeitern
- Initiieren, strukturieren und leiten von transformativen, strategischen Initiativen mit Schwerpunkt auf die Digitalisierung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Entwickeln innovativer Lösungen durch „Out-of-the-Box-Denken“ und ggf. Implementierung dieser Lösungen
- Zukunftsorientierte Gestaltung von Geschäftsmodellen (einschließlich Wertversprechen, Marktpotenzial, langfristige strategische und finanzielle Planung)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Management und den Geschäftsführern unserer Business Unit

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Minimum 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Strategieberatung, idealerweise zusätzliche Erfahrung in strategischen Aufgaben eines Finanzdienstleisters
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Transformationsprojekte
- Breite Expertise in relevanten Bereichen wie Zahlungsverkehr, Debit
- oder Kreditkarten sowie Corporate und Retail Banking ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen zu interagieren (mündlich, schriftlich, Präsentationen)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
