**Your role**
- We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically strong individual to join the Wealth Management Switzerland Business Management & Projects team in Zurich. In your role, you will work closely with the WM Switzerland Senior Management and the front units:

- Specifically, this role will require you to:
- identify, develop and implement strategic initiatives with high business impact
- drive the digital evolution in WM Switzerland by co-creating future digital capabilities
- design and roll-out big-data and analytics initiatives
- prepare decision documents for the Senior Management in WM Switzerland
- coordinate projects with various stakeholders (Desk Heads / Client Advisors, COO, Finance, Data Scientists, Marketing, HR, etc.)

- You will be working in the Business Management & Projects team in Zurich. We are a dynamic and successful team of experienced and highly qualified employees. The position offers an ideal platform to gain in-depth knowledge about the bank, to build a network and to work closely with various stakeholders with different levels of seniority.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree or MBA of a leading university.
- 3-5 years experience from a similar role in financial services or from one of the top tier strategy consulting firms with an eye on your next career move
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- A self-driven and autonomous workstyle
- Ability to think "out of the box", which often can be contrary to popular, accepted thinking
- Agile thinker and familiarity with agile working
- Good communication skills both in German and English and you are comfortable in interacting with all levels of seniority
- Affinity for digitalization and curious about new ways of working
