**About the R**ole**

Join our organization as DOO of the Head of RDS - Vice President. As a leader, you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects. You drive and support global project, initiatives, and resolutions from conception to completion. You own the production and development of regular reports, presentations and projects and you run the agenda of the (extended) leadership team.

You identify priorities and bring pertinent issues to the Head of RDS' attention in an organized, succinct manner. Key to success in this role is to keep a close cooperation and relationship to key stakeholders at Corporate Solutions (Customer Distribution Management, Head International Programs & Risk Engineering Services, Finance, HR, Risk Management, Legal, etc.).

Activities range from process and project management over influencing strategy and governance related topics to independent analysis of initiatives impacting the entire company.

The following main responsibilities are with you:

- You drive and support projects and initiatives.
- Manage, prioritize, and coordinate ad hoc tasks of RDS and engagement of CorSo Must-Wins
- Actively manage timelines and partner with central and regional collaborators to accelerate objectives helping to achieve the strategy.
- In close collaboration with partners at CorSo and the Swiss Re Group you prepare the content and presentations for executive meetings
- Help building RDS function as a partner to CorSo and Swiss Re Group stakeholders.
- Support the Head of RDS and the leadership team in further establishing RDS in the market & support the engagement with customers & third-party providers.

**About the Team**

This position reports directly to the Head of RDS and interacts frequently with executives in Corporate Solutions and the Swiss Re Group. Your support enables the Head of RDS to work most effectively with all partners and to fulfil the executive mandate.

**About You**:
As the ‘trusted counsel’, we are looking for an individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical capacities.
- You bring at least 3-5 years of relevant business experience
- Higher level of education - graduate degree (Master's or MBA) preferred
- You demonstrate an outstanding "can-do" attitude and a high level of energy; paired with strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter mentality
- You show strong sense of ownership and dedication for your assignments, including attention to detail and accuracy
- You have strong analytical skills and structured thinking capabilities, i.e., ability to translate ideas into clear and consistent priorities as well as great story lining
- You can get along with colleagues at all levels, and show cultural sensitivity, i.e. knowing how to interact effectively in various business cultures is easy for you
- You have extraordinary interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to work independently
- You don't shy away from problems and/or conflicts and try to find a mutually acceptable solution. You are not afraid to speak up and challenge your colleagues
- You have sophisticated MS Office suite skills (i.e. Power Point and Excel)
- You have an excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages desirable
