**My duties**
- Meeting organization (remote and in-house)
- Possibly keeping protocols (probably less so)
- Create Powerpoints and Excel spreadsheets
- Classic Assistant tasks; booking flights and expenses, scheduling appointments
- Process orders/bills/supplier communication
- Dispatch of documents
- Coordinate contracts
- Document storage
- Assist in Project work
**My qualifications**
- Apprenticeship in the commercial field would be good, but is not a must; additional work experience compensates that
- Solid working experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of Powerpoint, MS Office, Outlook, Teams; Concur for booking flights and expenses is an asset
- Experience in SAP is needed, whereby experience with Sharepoint is a huge benefit
- A certain affinity for different tools and technology is important
- Fluent English skills are essential, German skills are an asset
