Hobson Prior are currently seeking for an Administrative Assistant to join a brilliant biotech establishment on a contract basis located in Allschwil. Our client is focused on finding, producing and commercialising novel remedies to aid more people.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this position you will contribute to pertinent meetings, take minutes, and drive administrative activities.
- Approach administrative duties and routinely offer status updates to crucial shareholders on an independent and pro-active basis.
- Provide administrative assistance to the head of medical affairs EUCAN and head of commercial EUCAN region.
- Assist with personal administration duties, such as absence management, etc.
- Any other assigned duties.

- Able to prioritise and handle changing priorities and workload.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a commercial discipline or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience within an administrative position, assisting medical divisions in a multinational organisation within the pharmaceutical, or biotech corporation.
- Fluency in both the English and German languages.
- Shareholder management abilities both internally and externally.
