**E-Commerce Key Account Lead EMEA (M/F/d)**

**YOUR JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Own regional customers strategic development and develop strategic plan for EU including negotiation where relevant for annual JBPs ensuring revenue targets are met
- Ensure top/bottom line growth in line with NRM principles within market and across market. Defining and owning trade terms. Driving promotional and pricing principles with local KAMs
- Dotted line management of local KAMs, who are responsible for day-to-day execution of promotional and media plans including providing input on driving profitable growth via assortment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in performance marketing, finance, business analytics and supply chain to ensure optimal investments as well as portfolio set-up
- Lead the development and execution of the overall EMEA commercial eCommerce strategy in line with KPI
- Responsible for supporting markets & cluster community with their commercial eCommerce strategy, roadmap & activation
- Monitor development against key metrics of sustainable profitable growth
- Ensure development of local talent pool and expose them to the region

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor degree (marketing, sales, commercial) or equivalent, MBA or equivalent a plus
- Minimum 5 years e-Commerce pure play Key Account experience, including Amazon
- Strong strategic and operational account management skills
- Large / regional / global customer experience as KAM
- Strong negotiator with proven track record
- Good cross-functional and cross-country leadership and communication skills
- Digitally native and naturally curious
- Knowledge of category dynamics
- Fluent in English is a must. Any other languages are a plus
