**Your field of responsibility**

Steigen Sie in unser Team zum Thema Succession Planning im Bereich Corporate Banking ein und unterstützen Sie den Head Nachfolgeplanung bei vielfältigen alltäglichen Aufgaben sowie als zentraler Kontakt für die Verkaufsorganisation. Sie helfen dem Head Opportunity Net ganz zentral beim Betrieb des OpportunityNet-Sharepoints - der Pflege der internen Firmenbörse der Credit Suisse und der Vermittlung zwischen Kundenbetreuern (KUV) der Käufer und Verkäufer zur Generierung von Finders Fee sowie weiteren Zusatzgeschäften. Das SME Nachfolgeplanungsteam unterstützen Sie bei der Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenterminen, erstellen und aktualisieren Unterlagen im Bereich Nachfolgeplanung und pflegen den internen Sharepoint. Wirken Sie zudem bei einer Vielzahl an Aufgaben mit und koordinieren Sie unsere verschiedenen Stakeholder (Verkaufsorganisation, Nachfolgespezialisten, Projektteams, Business Management und COOs). Zu weiteren spannenden Aufgaben kann auch gehören, selbstständig Projektinhalte und Präsentationen zu erstellen oder abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in den Bereichen Nachfolgeplanung (inkl. Finanzierungen), Reporting, Ausbildung, Kommunikation, Marketing und strategische Planung auszuführen.

Bei uns erwartet Sie ein junges und dynamisches Team von 4 Personen, welche sich der Nachfolgeplanung von KMUs verschrieben haben. Sie nehmen anspruchsvolle Aufgaben im Rahmen von Opportunity Net, Schulungen und Marktbearbeitung wahr und koordinieren Projekte über alle Regionen der Schweiz hinweg, während Sie einen vertieften Einblick in das Firmenkundengeschäft erhalten und diesen in den Kontext der CH-er Wirtschaft stellen können. Als unser*e neue*r Kolleg*in sind Sie ganz nah dran bei aktuellen Digitalisierungsbemühungen, welche im Rahmen von Opportunity Net gelebt werden.

**Your skills and experience**

Um bei uns erfolgreich zu sein, sind folgende Qualifikationen gewünscht:

- Universitäts-/Fachhochschulabschluss in Finanzen, Banking, Business Administration oder in Ausbildung dazu
- Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld von mind. 3 - 5 Jahren
- Gute analytische und Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, mit einer Vielzahl an Themen zu jonglieren
- Ambitionierte Persönlichkeit mit einer «can do» Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative und Stakeholder Management Fähigkeiten
- Gutes Verständnis für Front Anliegen (Front Erfahrung von Vorteil)
- „Allrounder“ mit Offenheit Neues zu erlernen und hohe Flexibilität in Bezug auf ad hoc Aufgabe
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung, agieren proaktiv, denken vernetzt und kommunizieren auf allen Management Stufen eloquent
- Fliessendes Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Französisch und Italienisch von grossem Vorteil)
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (vor allem Excel und Power Point)
- Einsatz für eine Kultur der Inklusion und Wertschätzung vielfältiger Sichtweisen
