notre Customer Contact Center à Ebikon. Tu ressens le pouls de nos clients et tu contribues à la réalisation des objectifs fixés en termes de qualité, de quantité et d’efficacité. As-tu déjà de l'expérience dans le domaine de la vente ? Ou tu souhaites acquérir des compétences dans la vente ? Alors, rejoins Schindler et notre vision

En outre, les tâches suivantes t’attendent:

- Conduire des campagnes de prospection téléphoniques au niveau national et régional
- Réalisation d’enquêtes de satisfaction auprès des clients
- Suivi des offres de réparation
- Vente de produits et de solutions numériques par téléphone

grâce à ta méthode de travail autonome et flexible. Tu aimes travailler en équipe et tu te distingues notamment par tes excellentes compétences sociales. Par ailleurs, ta méthode de travail axée sur la qualité et le client fait partie de tes points forts.

Sur le plan professionnel, tu dois posséder les compétences et l'expérience suivantes:

- Niveau de langue maternelle en français, toute autre langue nationale est un atout
- Orientation au client et sens du service marqués
- Passion marquée pour la vente et talent inné dans la communication
- Idéalement, expérience dans le domaine de la télévente / dans l'environnement du Customer Centre
- Connaissances générales solides en informatique nécessaires, connaissances spécifiques de SAP souhaitables
