**Location**:
This position is located at either our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland or at our corporate office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Overview:
The Regional Director of F&B Operations - EMEA directs and oversees the organizations food and beverage planning, preparation of SOP and guidelines, presentation standards of food and drinks in the resorts as well and adherence to quality and safety standards in their region.

They create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and are fastidious and proud of delivering excellence and quality. Responsible for the quality and technical approach taken by team members, ensuring it is in-line with the company strategy - and that projects are delivered on time and budget.

They are comfortable attending meetings with clients as well as developing and scoping work with internal teams. Their creativity and technical excellence will manifest itself in a wide range of offering and services which will help Aman to distinguish itself from the competition and offer its’ clients a truly unique and superior experience in every F&B outlet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of F&B performances across the hotels
- Constant analysis of Food & Beverage offering and Prices in relation to guest requests and competition
- Support new openings
- Effectively communicating with F&B teams
- Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities
- Development and maintenance of all department control procedures
- To assist in menu planning and pricing
- Teamwork-Relations with co-workers and management
- Personnel selection, responsible for hiring F&B managers/Directors
- Effectively manage relationships with client contacts (client facing) and internal teams
- Work within Aman guidelines to produce creative and innovative F&B offering
- Present work and articulate technical executions at client level
- Train and lead, both formally and informally, members of the regional team in F&B and technical skills
- Monitor the performance and ability of F&B Directors/F&B Managers
- Work alongside the Managing Directors and GMs to improve F&B offering in the various resorts

Qualifications:

- Degree or equal in Hospitality management
- Financial proficiency is a must
- Proficient in all common IT programs and good presentation skills
- Positive, engaging and energetic personality
- Able to be organized and manage time wisely
- Very high attention to detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Good people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders
