- HSE Lead and Project Strategy in PHAD Oral Pilot Plant
- Major Accountabilities:
- HSE Lead in PHAD Oral Pilot Plant, responsible for the coordination and implementation of HSE procedures within PHAD Oral Pilot Plant
- Coordinates and supports HSE audits (preparation, follow-up, tracking of actions), representing PHAD Oral
- Responsible for the training of the HSE Representatives in each unit and nurtures the HSE culture within the PHAD organization
- Understand, explain and agree business-related HSE needs with management and line function associates as well as with technical specialists of the HSE organization
- Optimally manages strategic projects within PHAD Oral (also not HSE related, for example in Engineering)
- Supports and aligns with PHAD&ARD HSE Global Network Lead
- Ability to find pragmatic solutions while not compromising compliance, safety and health.

**Minimum requirements**
- Ideal Background:
- Education: Safety specialist or safety engineer in accordance with the Swiss Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety (EKAS) or equivalent
- Master’s degree in science or equivalent
- Proficient in English and German (oral and written)
- 10 years of proven experience in relevant role with related areas of business (e.g. Knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical processes, workflows and procedures)
- Proven track record in project management/ implementation management, good organization skills.
