Associate Director, Group Head Biologics Drug

- Your key responsibilities:

- As Associate director, Group Head Drug product sciences, you will lead a local Biologics Drug Product Sciences Development team, including management of capabilities and resources planning.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and develop a team of scientists and Functional leads to enable timely development of high quality and patient centric biological drug products.
- Oversees the Drug Product Development (formulation and process development): onboarding of new programs from research or of in-licensed programs, formulation development & optimization, scale-up & process transfer, process characterization & validation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality guidelines and regulations as well as HSE guidelines
- Manage local budget and resources according to global guidance including internal and external costs as well as investments for the discipline on site
- Contributes to the local Drug Product Development strategy and Operational excellence in the local Drug Product Leadership team
- Enable a true culture of empowerment, innovation, diversity and inclusion, trust, high performance and continuous Improvement, including data and digital. Support the environmental sustainability initiatives on site.

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- PhD preferred in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, Process engineering or related fields with at least 6 years of experience in relevant industry
- Excellent knowledge of Pharma Drug development Process
- Experience in development of drug product formulation and/or process of biologics
- Excellent communications skills, command of spoken and written English language
- Collaborative mindset
