**The place of work is located at our Electrical Connectors division headquarters in Allschwil.**
**Our Manager Marketing Content & Channels is responsible for**
- Managing, organizing, and distributing all marketing content with oversight of the accuracy and consistency across all communication.
- Leading the Content & Channels team, coordinating the projects resp. tasks according to priorities and timelines.
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of global marketing activities with the Tactical Marketing and Media Management.
- Strategic development of channels together with the channel specialist.
- Support in the development and implementation of the segment’s marketing strategy and initiatives by focusing on the different target-group’s requirements and journey.
- Concept and create relevant marketing content and tools for various communication channels (online/offline), ensuring consistent voice globally.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to achieve marketing objectives, increase brand visibility, and drive lead generation.
- Create compelling and engaging short and long form content for multiple channels, including demand gen content, blog posts, articles, social media updates, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, newsletters.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, target audience personas, and product/service offerings to create relevant and impactful content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Edits content across the company assuring accurate content implementing best practices in grammar, syntax, usage and liaison to all company communication teams
**We are looking for a talent with**
- Dynamic personality, excellent and motivating communication skills, initiative and independent working style.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma, in marketing, advertising/media, or communications, creative writing or a closely related field
- Past work marketing experience (minimum of 5+ years) in fast-paced agency or in-house marketing group in content or editorial management
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and highly reliable
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- CMS/DAM/CCMS/CRM/Photoshop/InDesign
- German, English, additional language is a plus
