**Content Manager 100%**:
**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the creation and further development of a content strategy along the customer journey
- Creation of high-quality and targeted content for all relevant content formats (e.g., video, photos, posts) and distribution channels
- Continuous optimization of asset performance, including analyses, evaluations, and creation of recommendations for action for future campaigns
- Monitoring timings, planning, and controlling campaign budgets
- You work closely with other departments, are the contact person for external agencies, and ensure that the content is CI-compliant and supports the company's or marketing goals

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:
HARD SKILLS
- University degree in the field of communication, marketing, journalism, or a similar field of study and preferably several years of corresponding professional experience
- You have a good sense of storytelling and a strong understanding of target groups
- You have experience with content collaboration platforms and are familiar with marketing platforms
- Stylish German and English are indispensable.

SOFT SKILLS
- You enjoy regularly exchanging ideas with the team, generating ideas, and coordinating tasks
- You have excellent communication skills
- You love a hands-on mentality, text with great talent, and have a flair for graphic design
- You are creative and enjoy creating something new.
