- Providing administrative, coordinative, and organizational support
- Managing data and coordinating processes using Salesforce
- Acting as a liaison with startups
- Creating analyses, presentations, and Excel spreadsheets
- Managing agendas and organizing internal and external meetings, as well as workshops
- Managing social media, such as proactively advancing and maintaining the LinkedIn account according to the communication concept
- Conducting various research tasks on specific current topics
- Participation in projects as per your profile

Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial education with further training as a certified executive assistant or equivalent e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration
- Several years of experience in a similar role within an internationally operating SME/startup
- Preferably native language English or fluent in English
- Good skills in German
- Strong IT affinity
- Humorous, lively personality with a competent demeanor
- Quick comprehension
- Independent, agile, and proactive thinker
- Precise, efficient, and goal-oriented work style
- Excellent and empathetic communication skills in English
- Strong cross-cultural competency
