Die Scintilla AG ist weltweit verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Fertigung, Marketing und Vertriebskoordination des Zubehörs für Elektrowerkzeuge für Handwerk, Industrie und Heimwerk.

Stellenbeschreibung
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Einkaufsstrategie in der zu verantwortenden Warengruppe
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung des relevanten Einkaufsmarktes, der Lieferantenauswahl und der Einkaufsbedingungen im Umfeld Handelsware
- Führen von Einkaufsverhandlungen
- Einkaufsverantwortung in Neuanlaufprojekten
- Mitarbeit in agilen abteilungsübergreifenden Teams
- Definition und Umsetzung von Kostensenkungspotentialen in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung im Einkauf
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und in Projekten erwünscht
- Affinität für Technik
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 5%
