gamme de services et de prestations touristiques. Afin de conduire la modernisation de notre ligne des Rochers
- de-Naye, nous souhaitons engager un(e)

**Program Manager (H/F)**

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Conduire la planification et la réalisation du programme de modernisation de la ligne des Rochers-de-Naye.- Gérer l’ensemble du portefeuille des projets d’investissement du programme en assurant le controlling et le
- reporting de l’ensemble des projets du programme.- Gérer les équipes de projet, composées de collaborateurs internes et externes, proposer et mettre en œuvre
- l’organisation du programme.- Proposer le financement des installations ferroviaires et touristiques à réaliser dans le cadre du programme.
- Assurer la gestion des parties prenantes internes et externes à l’entreprise dans le cadre fixé par l’organe de
- pilotage du programme.**Vos qualifications**:

- Diplôme d’ingénieur EPF ou HES d’un domaine en lien avec le ferroviaire (génie civil, électricité, mécanique).- Une certification en management de projet et une formation en économie d’entreprise sont souhaitées, avec
- idéalement un CAS en Système ferroviaire.- Vous avez une excellente connaissance du système ferroviaire et de son financement.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de la conduite de projets multidisciplinaires ferroviaires complexes,
- ainsi que d’une expérience avérée du financement de projets immobiliers et/ou touristiques.- Doué(e) de leadership et d’esprit d’innovation, vous êtes capable de convaincre et de fédérer les parties
- prenantes autour de vos propositions.- Vous avez une excellente capacité pour la pensée multidisciplinaire, globale et réticulaire, associée à une
- faculté d’analyse systématique et de résolution de problèmes complexes.- Vous avez des talents de négociateur(trice) et de communicateur(trice) avec une sensibilité politique.
