**Duties and Responsibilities**
As Administrative Assistant / Quality Executive I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Operate office equipment.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Assisting with the implementation of company best practices
Drafting agenda on first day for ExCom level
Conducting daily audits to ensure compliance with company and brand standards
Responding to any guest problems and complaints on platforms within 24 hours
Communicating with leaders on quality products, service levels and overall satisfaction of inhouse guests
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures when required by GM
Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
**Qualifications**
To execute the position of Administrative Assistant / Quality Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 1 year secretarial experience at a resort, hotel or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Fluent in English and French are preferred.
EU passport holder and / or Swiss citizen
