**The Masterpiece Destination**

**The Woodward Geneva**, ouvert 2021, est situé sur les rives du lac de Genève et offre une vue panoramique sur le Mont Blanc. Construit à l'origine par l'architecte français François Durel en 1901 dans un style post-haussmannien, l'hotel est est actuellement en cours de transformation, soigneusement repensé par le cabinet d'architecture Pierre-Yves Rochon.

**Responsabilités Principales**

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**

Le Front of House Manager réfère au Directeur de l’hôtel et est placé sous sa responsabilité directe.- Le Front of House Manager dirige l’ensemble des services réception, conciergerie, guest services.- Il est responsable de la qualité de service et des prestations délivrées à notre clientèle pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel, et se porte garant du respect des standards de qualité, des procédures et des normes d’hygiène en vigueur au sein de l’hôtel.**OPERATIONNELLES**:

- Est le garant de la qualité de service et des prestations délivrées à notre clientèle, et plus particulièrement des actions mises en place et visant à suivre et à développer l’expérience clients (ex : programme de fidélisation des clients, questionnaire de satisfaction)
- Est responsable du développement des services hébergement, notamment en effectuant des contrôles quotidiens des prestations pour les arrivées, en séjour et les départs.
- Participe au bon maintien du produit (entretien, rénovation, esthétisme ) en contrôlant quotidiennement les lieux publics et parties communes.
- Collabore avec le service commercial sur l’ajustement des stratégies tarifaires
- Est responsable de la mise en place de plans d’actions (financiers, opérationnels, commerciaux, outils de marketing ) afin d’assurer l’efficacité et la rentabilité de son département
- Participe à la planification des priorités en matière de travaux (budget investissement) en collaboration avec la Direction Générale.
- Participe au suivi des dossiers disciplinaires et des absences ;

**ADMINISTRATIVES**:

- Assure et/ou supervise la gestion administrative de son service (courrier, mail, bug, procédures )
- Est responsable des budgets liés à ses différents services (objectifs financiers, P&L, budgets effectifs, gestion des couts )
- Rend compte et analyse les résultats de son département mensuellement

**MANAGERIALES**:

- Encadre les équipes des différents services.
- Veille à la gestion de l’emploi du temps.
- Veille au bon fonctionnement des différents services de l’hébergement et du standard.
- Participe aux briefings quotidiens, aux réunions hebdomadaires et/ou mensuelles des différents services
- Est responsable de la bonne communication et coordination intra et inter service/départements (consignes, briefings, relationnel clients, salariés, remontées d’informations de la Direction ).
- Participe au recrutement, à la formation, au développement et à l’accompagnement de ses équipes et de ses proches collaborateurs.
- Est garant du respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et des conditions de travail établies au sein de l’hôtel.
