Junior Researcher - Doctorant-e à 100%
(Durée de l’activité 4 ans)

**Vos attributions**
- En collaboration avec les responsables du projets, conduite de recherches qualitatives dans le projet FNS mentionné. Il s’agira notamment d’analyser des écrits d’expériences réalisés dans le cadre de dispositifs de professionnalisation à l’enseignement
- Réalisation d’une thèse de doctorat sous la direction de Kristine Balslev, maîtresse d’enseignement à l’Université de Genève, co-requérante du projet FNS, pendant la durée du contrat sur un thème en relation avec le projet de recherche
- Participation à la planification, coordination et réalisation de collecte et d’analyse de données
- Participation à la recherche de littérature et à l’élaboration du cadre théorique
- Participation à la rédaction de rapports et d’articles scientifiques en français et en anglais
- Participation au transfert des résultats dans la pratique de la formation professionnelle et dans le domaine de l’éducation
- Collaboration à la présentation, à la publication et au transfert des résultats de recherche
- Participation aux tâches administratives du projet

**Votre profil**
- Titre universitaire (Master) dans une discipline des sciences sociales (en particulier sciences de l’éducation ou psychologie)
- Bonne capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans une équipe interinstitutionnelle (HEFP et Université de Genève), esprit d’initiative
- Intérêt pour les domaines de l’analyse du travail, de la reconnaissance des expériences, des dé-marches réflexives, des récits biographiques et de la recherche en formation professionnelle
- Expérience dans la collecte et l’utilisation de logiciel d’analyse de données
- Intérêt pour des projets faisant appel à des méthodes qualitatives
- Bonnes compétences de rédaction de rapports et d’articles pour des publications scientifiques
- Sens de l’observation, bonne organisation du travail, précision, attention aux détails
- Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit et bonnes connaissances de l’anglais
