For our client, an international company, we are looking for a Brand Manager

**Your mission**
The brand manager will be accountable for the development and implementation of short
- and medium-term marketing strategies, programs, and all related promotional items to ensure their profitable market share evolution. He/she influences, drives, and closely collaborates with the local cross-functional brand team to develop and implement a comprehensive Customer Plan, a related Operational Plan and secure the relevant resources, in order to achieve strategic goals.

**Your profile**
- Develop, implement, and effectively communicate brand strategy; localize and create relevant marketing materials in close collaboration with advertising and market research providers
- Own the brand budget and financial forecasts to provide volume projections, expected SoM
- Deeply understand the relevant therapeutic area (Biomedicines/Neurology); synthesize and translate data to support commercial strategies
- Create meaningful connections with customers, engage with thought leaders and other stakeholders in collaboration with the cross functional team
- Liaise with the sales managers to ensure adequate detailing and marketing materials; effectively train sales team in collaboration with the cross-functional team
- Lead the preparation of Business Reviews, Launch Readiness Meetings, Brand team meetings
- Own the relationship with the German HUB and International Marketing Teams: have regular contacts and actively participate in region’s regular meetings and working groups
- Professional experience (at least 3 years) in the same position, ideally in Pharmacy
- University Diploma or equivalent in Science, Medicine, Pharmacy or Business
- Fluent in English and French, German (un plus)
- Ability to work in fast changing environment, requiring analysis, synthesis and evaluation or complex factors
- Develop alternative scenarios, concepts and future activities
- Capacity to analyse data and draw conclusions
- Co-operate with other functions within the organization
- Ability to communicate and present with ease to external and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the respective Brand Teams.
