As the demand for our innovative solutions grows, so does our team. We are expanding at a rapid pace and are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a hands-on mentality to join our team in St. Gallen.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Independent supervision and maintenance of projects as quality manager
- Preparation of specifications for quality assessment and inspections of hardware (drones) and software (API) development
- Planning and implementation of inspections, compiling of quality documentations
- Lead internal and external audits of existing (ISO9001, EN9100) and new (ISO27001, ISO14001) certifications, as well as non-conformity reporting
- Support of technical disciplines with knowledge and research of norms and standards
- Support in the area of compliance and authorization
**Your qualifications**:
- Education in applied sciences, engineering, natural sciences (FH, University) or similar
- Experience in a similar function in an agile environment and with a technological focus
- The ability to work together to further anchor the high quality standards at Meteomatics
- Training as Certified Internal Auditor advantageous
- Independent and structured way of working
- Person of initiative, with the drive to build upon a quality system
- Fluent in German and English
