This person will be supporting the development of the Kavo Imaging business activities in the defined territory. Exploring sales growth opportunities and sales development to our distribution partners as well as cultivating relationships. Working also directly with end-users. Develop leads from our distribution channels by creatively finding ways to penetrate the market and generate additional leads.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Visit assigned customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
- Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions
- Visit potential customers to qualify them as sales prospects for the corporation
- Understand and support the corporation’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all of the corporation’s customers
- Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation
- Follow corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations
- Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to the Region Sales Manager
- Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
- Preparing responses to RFP (request for proposals) and RFI (request for information) Attending and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
- Collect and report competitive information to Marketing Management
- Prepare periodic reports including:

- weekly call reports
- weekly expense reports
- periodic general reports
- other reports as assigned

**Job Requirements**:
Most Important Qualifications and Competencies:

- Bachelor’s in business or Economics
- Up to 4 years sales and general business experience ion selling software
- Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in an unstructured work environment
- Willingness to operate in an international environment
- Fluent in English, French and German
- Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
