**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Erweiterung des Kundenbindungsprogramms zur Attraktivitätssteigerung
- Verantwortung für die proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit für das Kundenbindungsprogramm relevanten Fachbereichen zur Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Ansätze und Ideen, insbesondere im digitalen Kontext
- Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Roll-Out des Kundenbindungsprogramms in weiteren Ländern inklusive sämtlicher Projekttätigkeiten
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von kanalübergreifenden Maßnahmen/Kampagnen zur Gewinnung neuer Mitglieder für das Kundenbindungsprogramm und zur Steigerung der Bekanntheit
- Verantwortung für die Abstimmung und die Aktualisierung der Kommunikationselemente in Einklang mit der Marke P&C
- Verantwortung für die Abstimmung, Aktualisierung und Nachproduktion von Basis
- und Servicekommunikation
- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den CRM-Fachbereichen sowie Marketing Intelligence
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Loyalty sowie seiner Mitarbeitenden

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, international Business, Medien
- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Brand Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Projektmanagement oder Brand Management, vorzugsweise mit einem Fokus auf Kundenbindung und Loyalty
- Erfahrungen in der Führung sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Tiefgreifende Erfahrung beim Projektmanagement sowie die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Kampagnen und Projekten
- Vorzugsweise bereits Erfahrungen zur Einführung und Optimierung von Kundenbindungs-, Loyalitäts
- und Treueprogrammen im Bereich Fashion Retail
- Starke Marketingaffinität sowie hohe Vertrautheit mit verschiedenen Marketingkanälen und ein Gefühl dafür, wie diese wirkungsvoll genutzt werden können
- Hohe Affinität und Leidenschaft für die Schaffung und Weiterentwicklung von starken Marken sowie eine innovative und stark konzeptionelle Denkweise
- Führungs
- und Teamfähigkeit, eigenverantwortliches und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten und Einsatzbereitschaft
