**Your role**
- Do you have a passion for people development and learning? Proven track record in talent management? Would you like to make an impact in the business through our employees?
- We are looking for a talent specialist for our bespoke UBS Graduate Talent Program offering - to help build our talent pipeline for today, and the future:
- develop and run talent and learning programs for graduates across all divisions
- on-site/ virtual and day-to-day management of training programs including interface with speakers, participants and vendors
- promote talent development through proactive engagement with the graduates
- partner with HR colleagues, business program managers and senior management to translate business needs into effective learning programs
- create and maintain customized course curriculum and content, developing innovative ways to continuously develop our graduates, utilizing technology in new ways
- responsible for capturing and evaluating course feedback and quality management
- responsible for managing day-to-day budget, including definition of original program budget, invoice processing and regular actual vs planned budget reviews

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Global Learning team for the Graduate Talent Program (GTP) based in Zurich.You will be collaborating with your team members across the globe, but also other HR functions to develop and deliver the UBS GTP offering from how we attract, hire and develop our graduate talent pipeline.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- Ideally previous experience working in learning, and/or talent management:
- people’s person with great stakeholder management skills
- hands-on involvement identifying capability gaps and devising talent strategies
- know-how to continuously evaluate talent and learning programs
- effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- strategic partner to team members
- English and German proficiency and, any other language is a plus

Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in human resources is a plus.
