Our data and AI journeys and effective solution patterns enable our customers to operationalize, scale, and continuously deliver data and AI products beyond the pilot and prototype stages.
We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineering Team Lead who will oversee the development and implementation of our data solutions. With a strong background in data and ML systems, you will lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing cutting-edge data pipelines, ML/LLM integrations, and reliability engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your expertise in major data and AI platforms to drive project success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and define best-fit solutions
- Mentoring junior engineers and promoting knowledge sharing within the team
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data or Software Engineer with a focus on data and ML systems
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
- Expertise in major data and AI platforms, such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, and MS Fabric
