**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Erstellung und Implementierung von Supply-Chain-Strategien, um die Effizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu steigern.
- Verantwortlich für die langfristige Kapazitätsplanung und die Sicherstellung der Bedarfsdeckung.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferkettenprozesse, um Kosten zu reduzieren und die Nachhaltigkeit zu fördern.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Transportunternehmen, um die Lieferqualität und -zuverlässigkeit sicherzustellen.
- Identifizierung von Innovationsmöglichkeiten in der Lieferkette und deren Umsetzung.
- Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen und Einführung von Kreislaufwirtschaftspraktiken.
- Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen, um die Leistung der Lieferkette zu überwachen und Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
- Aktive Teilnahme an globalen Supply-Chain-Projekten und Initiativen.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung.
- Schweizer Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain, z.B. Eidg. dipl. Logistikfachmann/frau oder Supply Chain Manager/in.
- Berufserfahrung im Supply-Chain-Management.
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von fortschrittlichen Planungstools und ERP-Systemen.
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Implementierung von nachhaltigen Supply-Chain-Praktiken.
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Daten in strategische Erkenntnisse umzuwandeln.
- Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufzubauen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
