Thermo Fisher’s Band 9-10 Recruiter is strategic, creative, business savvy individual that has a strong background & interest in developing talent pipelines to drive results for the business. The Band 9-10 Recruiter will be responsible for translating business talent strategies into execution, attracting enterprise talent for growth while creating highly effective experiences for our customers.

**Experience &** **Education**
- 6+ years in HR and/or recruitment, preferably in matrixed and global company talent acquisition organization. Must be able to source multiple technology platforms
- University Degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related discipline
- Ability to drive best in-class recruitment experience in a highlyy matrixed business
- Experience managing supplier Management 3rd party/external search firms
