At Pallon, a spin-off from ETH Zurich, we’re creating AI that automatically detects defects in sewer inspection videos and advises cities on when & how to fix them. By providing more precise, objective data, we aim to fix wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and prevent urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient.

We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join Pallon on our growth journey, enhancing our technical recruiting processes while focusing on quality delivery. You’ll join the Business Operations team, collaborating with the People Partner and our Engineering Teams to help identify and hire the best tech talent.

Your role

We're a fast-growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse. Some of the tasks you'll be working on are:

- ** Innovative Delivery**: Continuous improvement of our recruitment process and assessment methods to reach growth targets.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitate productive discussions and provide hiring manager and recruitment training.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced tech recruitment role in a** start-up or scale-up.**
- Demonstrated experience hiring for different (niche) roles within the tech industry, including leadership positions.
- Proven experience in sourcing tech talent, utilising innovative sourcing methods including x-ray search.
- Strong capability in leveraging data analytics to identify bottlenecks and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and professional backgrounds and comfortable leading discussions and facilitating decision-making processes effectively.
- Strong track record of identifying and proactively solving challenges.
- Strong sense of ownership and excellent prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to persistently pursue and achieve goals even in the face of challenges.
- Experience with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and their data reporting capabilities.

**The following are not required for you to apply, however, they do add extra value**:

- Experience with Ashby.
- Experience implementing Employer Branding strategies to target top talent.
- German language skills.
