**Deine spannende Aufgabe**:
Führung der Assistentinnen und Assistenten der einzelnen EAM Front-Desks (Fach
- und/oder Linienführung).
Identifikation von Best Practices und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten der Prozesse innerhalb der Front-Einheit EAM, Umsetzung von Prozessanpassungen in Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Stellen.
Überwachung und stetige Optimierung der an unsere EAM und Endkunden erbrachten Services.
Unterstützung des Head EAM in der Weiterentwicklung des operativen Supports für unsere Relationship Manager und Teamleiter.
Wahrnehmung der Rolle als Subject Matter Expert für Front-Prozesse innerhalb von EAM.
Dokumentation der Prozesse, Kommunikation und Schulung der Front-Mitarbeitenden.
Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Erhöhung der Nutzung unserer IT-Tools durch die Externen Vermögensverwalter und ihrer Endkunden.
Initiierung von bedarfsgerechten Verbesserungen der IT-Tools und Vertretung der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden bei Anpassungen.
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Partnern im Bereich Client Servicing, IT und Risk/Compliance.
Vertretung des Kundensegments EAM und aktive Mitarbeit bei bankweiten Initiativen für Produkt
- und Service-Anpassungen.

**Das bringst Du mit**:
Bankfachliche Aus
- und Weiterbildung mit abgeschlossenem Fachhochschulstudium.
Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Frontmitarbeiter/im Operational Management, vorzugsweise im EAM-Bereich.
Erfahrung in der direkten oder fachlichen Führung eines Teams.
Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse der Kernprozesse einer Bank aus Sicht Front und ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Bedürfnisse von Externen Vermögensverwaltern und ihren Kunden.
Fähigkeit Sachverhalte nicht nur rasch zu verstehen, sondern dazu Anpassungen/Verbesserungen zu definieren und umzusetzen.
Team-Player. Proaktive, engagierte, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit gewinnendem und sicherem Auftreten und ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift). Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil
