- We’re looking for a product manager to:
- co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle of the “Wealth Management Online” client journey in our agile pod within the digital advisory chapter
- deeply understand the needs of UBS Advice clients looking for relevant investment opportunities and supporting them in monitoring their portfolio quality
- act as clients voice within the pod and prioritize epics and user stories in the backlog accordingly
- act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with engineering colleagues to deliver the product in-time and meeting client’s needs
- ensure the product requirements are agreed with stakeholders and signed-off by control functions like legal and compliance as well as business risk management
- test the product together with clients and our usability experts to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
**Your team**
- In our agile delivery model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will be working in the digital advisory team in Zurich focusing on UBS Advice clients looking for personalized investment advice through digital channels.
- Your pod’s goal is to provide best-in-class investment advisory services to UBS Advice clients in a relevant, personal, instant and seamless way, optimize the existing capabilities with the use of analytics and allow a modular and customizable offering for the future.
**Your expertise**
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- delivery of complex banking products to clients, ideally in investment advisory
- 2-5 years’ experience in the financial industry and in (agile) project management
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar (professional) education
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- fluent in English, German is a plus
