Proclinical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a **Operational Excellence Coordinator**.

As an Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

Please note this is a **6 Month Contract** with the possibility of an extension and progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination and Implementation**: Lead and oversee operational excellence projects across various domains such as occupational safety, production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
- **Effective Meeting Development**: Develop and coach effective meeting strategies at all organizational levels. Drive the adoption of best practices for efficient and productive meetings, ensuring that they contribute to informed decision-making and enhanced collaboration.
- **Operational Excellence Culture**: Contribute to the reinforcement of the Operational Excellence culture within the Visp site. Encourage employees to embrace continuous improvement principles and methodologies, fostering a mindset of innovation and efficiency.
- **Digital Initiative Support**: Collaborate with teams involved in digital initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational processes and streamline workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and digital solutions that align with operational excellence goals.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, process engineering, mechanical engineering or similar.
- A genuine **passion for continuous improvement and cultural change**, with a deep-rooted desire to enhance processes and drive positive change throughout the organization.
- Strong **project management skills** that enable you to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion. Your structured and solution-oriented approach ensures successful outcomes.
- **Personal initiative** and a high aptitude for **conceptual thinking**, enabling you to identify innovative solutions and propose strategies for operational enhancement.
- A **cooperative team player** who thrives in a collaborative environment, readily engaging with colleagues, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent **communication skills** in both English and German, allowing you to articulate ideas, facilitate discussions, and collaborate across language barriers.

**Job Types**: 100%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: CHF40.80 per hour
